Having been professional colleagues and friends for over twenty years, Philip Piper and Steve Whitlock formed Piper Whitlock Architecture Limited working from offices in Winchester, Hampshire.
Core services are architecture, urban design and master planning supplemented by the additional services of interior design, graphics and visualisation, project management and specialist individual services for public inquiries and due diligence.
